If the plugin does not work as expected after an update, then please follow these steps:

Delete the jar from the plugins folder completely and restart eclipse.
Put the jar file back in the plugins folder and start eclipse again.

If the configuration screens seem messed up, please reopen the preference page. This should take care of it most of the time. If not, restarting eclipse will definitely take care of it.
